Day of Schedule

Event Timeline

Times are approximate — we're are as on time as the LIRR.

• Arrival & Check-In — 8:00 AM

  Arrive, grab your cart, check in with your group, and get warmed up on the range.

• First Tee Time

  All groups will start on Hole 1 with staggered tee times every 7–10 minutes, or once the fairway is clear. Format is a 4-person Scramble.

• Round Concludes — 2:30 PM

  By God's grace, all groups are finished. Pack up and head to the after party!

• Celebration of James Murphy — 3:00 PM

  Come together to honor and remember James Murphy over food, drinks, and cherished memories. Share your favorite stories, raise a glass in his name, and take a moment to celebrate the life of a man who meant so much to us all.

• Group/Family Photos — 4:00 PM

  Gather to take a group photo with Grandma. Separate photos with Grandma and each family will take place after.

• 🍺 Beer Olympics — 6:00 PM

  Grab your team and get competitive! Join in on a lineup of classic drinking games.

• After Party/Head Home

  Keep the party going or head home, After party plans will be made on the fly. Safe Travels Everyone!
